At Aetrex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all footwear and orthotics. If you aren't feeling the comfort, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn or trial-tested items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
